Extension – Currency Updater For Zoho CRM

Prerequisites:

1. Zoho CRM

• For USA Domain
• For EU Domain

Step One

Go to the marketplace and install the “Currency Updater For Zoho CRM”. You will see a page like this: Just agree to the terms of service and authorize the extension to process the required data.

Step Two

After clicking on install Now button you will see a page for extension billing. Select your billing as mentioned below:

Step Three

After the payment CRM will redirect you to the extension page where you need to provide the API Layer key to authorize the extension.

 

Step Four

Follow CRM authorization instructions.

Step Five

After authorization it will automatically redirect to the extension page. Click on the “Settings” button and use the extension.

Step Six

To calculate currency go to the Currency menu from extension. Provide amount, To Currency and Date then click on Calculate Currency button. Then it will provide a calculated currency conversion amount.

Step Seven

Through the Update CRM Currency menu you can update your CRM currency based on the latest currency rate and also you can see the CRM currency rate detail as displayed below.
